1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Once processed, orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier performance, and customs clearance where applicable.
Shipping costs:
- United Kingdom & European Union: All products are inclusive of delivery costs. No additional shipping fees apply.
- Rest of the World: Shipping costs outside the UK and EU are not included and will be calculated and added at checkout.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- United Kingdom
- European Union
- Selected international destinations outside the UK and EU
We do not ship to the GCC or the United Arab Emirates at this time.
If your location is not listed or you are unsure about availability, please contact us before placing an order.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Shipment confirmation
- Tracking number
- Carrier information (where available)
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the UK:
- We are not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, duties, or delays caused by customs authorities.
- Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are:
- Lost by the carrier
- Damaged in transit
- Marked as “Delivered” but not received
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We can assist with documentation if required.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays due to incorrect addresses
- Lost shipments caused by incorrect shipping details
- Additional fees required for reshipment
If you realise you have entered incorrect shipping information, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
